Several of us travel to Dent for the second time in a few months, this time a little colder to start with, them a little warmer then much wetter.
The first night was quiet with the usual warm welcome from the Sun Inn with good food and beer. The night was a little frosty to say the least but being prepared it was very comfortable. Saturday as most people didn’t arrive until tea time was uneventful, but we did have a very nice time in Kendal. Although sat at Devils Bridge with the obligatory cup of tea, after seeing a green outfit blast by and commenting how we liked his style, it was nice to find out later it was Dave looking for the others.
The evening consisted of more beer and food and irrelevant talk about bikes and the up coming events and trips of the year and a quick trip to the tent just before the heavens opened and it was WET. Full English in the morning finished of the weekend brilliantly.
